The 912F

The Hydrema 912F is the basic model in the line of our articulated compact dump trucks. The 912F is well-known for its sure-footed handling characteristics and great robustness.

In 1983 we launched our first compact dump truck. Today these small, agile, robust and user friendly dump trucks drive all over the globe. All this makes the 912F particularly suitable for plant hire.

The 912FS Rail

Hydrema’s factory mounted rail wheel system is an option specifically designed for the Hydrema 912FS. With this wheel system you’ll be able to operate with high performance and both on and off rail. This rail machine works in category 9B and 9C.

The 912HM

The Hydrema 912HM (912High Mobility) is basically the same machine as the 912FS, but with bigger and wider tyres. This gives the machine obility.

In other words the 912HM has unparalleled off-road performance and just keeps going where others give up.

The Hydrema 912HM (912

The Hydrema 912FS (F-series suspended) is standard equipped with a suspension system for the front axle. The system is an electrohydraulic spring system featuring independent suspension cylinders and level control of the two front wheels. The driver will be less affected by vibration during a long working day and experience considerably greater efficiency, in particular on long transport stages or in difficult terrain.

Stability and Handling

The center pivot and hydraulic stabilizers keep the machine stable and safe by automatically transferring the weight to where it is needed. The chassis ensures that all wheels con­stantly track, and gives outstanding traction with minimum ground damage. The pivot, increases maneuverability with a low turning radius and better positioning characteristics.

Working in difficult ground conditions

Whether the machine is working on steep gradients or poor ground conditions, the 912F-series has the power to cope. The unique combination of compact de­sign, high stability, extreme traction and power gives the 912F-series extremely good driving skills even in rough and muddy conditions.

A well proven intelligent 6 speed ZF Soft-Shift transmission offers full auto or manual shift will automatically shift 2 gears in the right conditions to smoothly increase accele­ration regardless of the payload. Where other dump trucks give up, the Hydrema 912 keeps going, which gives the driver a major advantage. That is why it is chosen for many different uses and for jobs with low accessibility.
